Project Description: The purchase and installation of new furniture and shelving for the South Wing of the Main Library 1^st and 2^nd floors

Written proposals must be submitted with the sealed envelopes clearly marked #N16645 South Wing Renovation. Respondent is to supply four copies and one original. They will be received at:

Until 2:30 PM, (by the purchasing office clock) Detroit Michigan Time, at which time and place all sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. No late, fax, e-mail, or any other electronic method utilized to respond to this request, will be accepted.

Contract Documents may be obtained by prospective bidders from the Detroit Public Library, Purchasing Department, located at the Main Library, 5201 Woodward Ave., Detroit, Michigan 48202.

Any questions pertaining to the specifications or design shall be directed to the Architect.
